Strategic Property Development
RSA has executed over 10 million sq ft of development, residential apartments, malls, residential plots and villas, executing each project end to end, from land acquisition through design, approvals, finance, construction and sales.
Our strategic development work has contributed substantially to the growth of Prestige Constructions, Brigade Group, Sobha Limited, SJR Prime Corp, Jubilant Group, Kemp Fort, Davanam Constructions, Durga Projects, Goel Ganga and Raja Housing, among others.
Mall & Hotel Development
RSA specialises in neighbourhood retail centres and has developed and fully leased over 1 million sq ft of malls that have stood the test of time — notably Market Square, Koramangala and Kemp Fort, Old Airport Road, which we completely redeveloped and leased.
We've also originated concepts in partnership with developers: a neighbourhood retail and entertainment concept, on prime land with 1M sq ft of development potential, which we designed end to end, architecture and construction team in place and sold to a Hyderabad-based company.
In hospitality, RSA has conceptualised and set up Sarovar Suites (Koramangala), Citrus (Cunningham Road), and Aman Resorts – GHM Chedi (Kuala Lumpur).
Land Acquisition
RSA has a specialised team to procure lands for residential, commercial and industrial use on outright sale, Joint Development / Joint Venture and Leasehold.
We have till date procured over thousand acres in Bangalore, Pune and Kuala Lumpur and have advised on property acquisition in Dubai, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Bali.

Concept & Design is what makes or breaks a product.
RSA works closely with leading architects from all over the world to create unique and functional spaces.
We conceptualised the Villament / Sky Villas concept which was a runaway success. Our neighbourhood retail concept has worked exceptionally well without a multiplex which has broken the myth that a mall cannot succeed without cinemas.
A leading property developer was struggling with sales of a row-villa project. We stepped in and re-conceptualised and redesigned the project which the sold out during covid19.

LAND
ACQUISITION
In a growing metropolis where jobs are aplenty, getting quality lands with good legal title is challenging.
For over two decades we have specialised in acquiring lands for property developers and investors enabling landmark projects.
A client of ours was keen on building a footprint outside india. We advised them on starting development in Malaysia and acquired a 217 acres land in Kuala Lumpur near the International Airport.
Ozone Group partnered with Reliance and approached us to acquire a large land parcel for them. RSA acquired over 160 acres on the Bangalore International Airport road which became Ozone Urbana.
The lands we can acquire are agriculture, residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing and institutional.

Our project planning services include market research to analyse competition, sales patterns, product gaps and consumer demand. We then advise on the product type and develop the pricing strategy. We also do the financial modelling and construction planning to ensure that the project is profitable.
Our Legal services does the complete due diligence of the property, develops the definitive agreements and handles any legal issues which may crop up during the development of the project.
