Hotel Design & Development
RSA has conceived, developed and executed hotel and hospitality projects over the past two decades, with a focus on creating assets that are commercially successful, operationally efficient and resilient through changing market conditions.
Our approach brings design and development together. We work closely with architects, consultants and project teams to ensure that the design serves the business proposition, balancing guest experience, functionality, material selection, construction efficiency and capital cost.

Every element of the hotel is evaluated for its contribution to the overall economics of the project.

We focus on creating restaurants that are not only distinctive in their design and customer experience, but also efficient to build, operate and scale.
Our experience in restaurant development grew from designing and setting up commercial kitchens for hotels, where operational efficiency, kitchen planning and service flows are critical to the success of the business. We have extended this expertise into standalone and small-format restaurants, bringing the same focus on functionality, execution and commercial performance to every project.

Resort Design & Development
The growth of staycations and experiential travel has created a strong opportunity for well-conceived resorts in destinations within easy reach of major cities as well as established leisure markets.
